Minneapolis Area Realtors® have attended the Minnesota State Fair the last two years in a row. 2019’s has the underlying theme on small suggested things you can do to boost curb appeal to sell your house.
2018’s theme was assessing the value of your home.
Minneapolis Area REALTORS® Summit is the company’s most attended event. It’s held annually with 2019 expecting 450+ guests at the Minneapolis Convention Center. This year’s concept is completely based on the economic trends in the housing market.
If you’re in to details, the word mark “shadow” and subtle background resonate visually from bar and line graphs.

The sculpture at the bottom was used for the main artwork. I created the piece and took micro-lense photos and created the artwork as a digital collage afterwards.
The MAAR Foundation had seen some small animations I made and requested a general ask video in the same style. The storyboard was based on real community work the Foundation has accomplished. Artwork, animation, and music was done by myself. Below the video are some preliminary sketches.
Album cover, CD packaging, and sidecar zine design for Minneapolis based "riff hop" band Weather Check's debut EP. Abstract visuals are to represent shadows left from rain reflecting off of windows.
